Delivery & Shipping
We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability.
- Lagos deliveries: 1–2 business days
- Other states: 2–5 business days
- Remote locations may take longer
- Delivery fees vary by location and order size
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Pagmich Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and box contents must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
- Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for returns.
- Software, digital products, and opened consumables are non-returnable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a Pagmich error or defective product.
Warranty
Products sold by Pagmich Technologies are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product category.
- Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse.
